I believe teachers are as unique as their students. They come from diverse backgrounds and have different life experiences that shape their practice. Because of this, there is no one-size-fits-all script that works effectively for every educator. Some may thrive sticking to stimulating small and large group discussions, and other may succeed with lively lectures. What works well for some may fall flat for others. Yet
regardless of the way teachers deliver their content, they must all
have the same goal: To create the best possible classroom experience
for their students. I believe that school should be place of both
learning and laughter. Education shouldn’t be dull—it should be
engaging and exciting. Adventures don’t have to just take place outside
the classroom; they take place amid a lesson on Alliteration or during
a presentation about Pronouns. |
